ABT Sportsline Audi Q5



The ABT Q5 is impressing, harmonic and superior from every angle. The front skirt with the integrated underride protection finds its equivalent in the rear skirt, which, in a very elegant way, also hides the tow bar extendable for use. The mighty front grille, the fender extensions and the dynamic door strip attachments form a unit. The rear wing, the 4-pipe-rear muffler and the BR wheel rim in size 20-inch also fit in optimally into the elegant overall picture. The ABT Q5 is indeed a car for all occasions: No matter whether in front of a luxury hotel or a beer garden, this vehicle fits in everywhere.

The Q5 follows its bigger brother from Kempten, the AS7, suit: the "S" in "SUV" means "particularly sporty". A genuine ABT always has significantly more power, even more so when all four wheels are powered. The two diesel engines sparkle with energy: thanks to ABT Power, the 2.0 TDI delivers potent 190hp (140kW) instead of 170hp (125kW). The 3.0 TDI delivers the most powerful performance for the ABT Q5: with ABT Power S, it achieves 310hp or 228kW (Series: 240hp/176kW) on any terrain. When a power upgrade is made, suspension and brakes, too, have to be adjusted to the increased power. That is why Abt is offering a fine tuned package for the Q5: suspension springs, lowering of the car's center of gravity or also the well-proven ABT Level Control, an electronic lowering for the CDC air suspension (Continous Damping Control). Regarding deceleration, the ABT sports brake system provides for a maximum of safety, which meets the increased requirements: the brake disks with a diameter of 380mm are strong enough for the fast SUV - and behind the 20-inch-wheel rims type BR or AR, they also look extremely good.

B&B Audi RS 6




The Siegen-based Audi expert B&B, perfects the actuel version of the A6 – the RS6 V10 Turbo. Performance values, which normally are preserved by absolut supersportscars, can be reached in 4 different stages (650, 670, 700 and 715 hp). The acceleration 0-100km/h is lowered to an enormous value of 3.6 seconds in the final stage while Vmax level is on 320km/h. To reach these performance values, B&B mounts a special race exhaust system with high performance racing catalyst as well as an electronical tuning, which is perfectly harmonizing with these components. Additional to this, the air intake system and air cooling system gets optimized.

In order to get better exhaust values and a more sporty sound, B&B offers various sport exhaust systems in different sizes with optionally mounted tailpipes in shiny, matte black and carbon version.

To optimize chassis, B&B offers sport springs that lower the car’s height up to 25mm and reduce side slope. A special threaded chassis, developed for the RS6, adjustable in height, train and pressure stage which increases significantly the potential cornering speeds, is also available.

GeigerCars.de Dodge Viper





Let’s start with its capacity. The tried and true motto – engine capacity can only be replaced by more capacity – still holds true. Currently its capacity lies at 8.4 liters. The engine possesses ten cylinders which all have an inner diameter of exactly 10.34cm. With a deviation of 10.06cm the engine now produces a horsepower of 612 and a torque of 560lb-ft (760Nm) by means of crankshaft and transmission on the rear wheels. This level of strength required modifications to the engine which were carried out by Chrysler Tuning’s Street and Racing Technology Division with the help of McLaren Performance Technologies. The engine itself has been installed lengthwise and is the proud owner of 356 T6 aluminum alloy cylinder barrels, which have been molded from one single block.

Techniques for optimized cooling of the engine block such as reinforced partitions, more efficient water jackets, new aluminum cylinder heads with CNC formed combustion chambers, larger valves, variable and electronically monitored valve control, individual spark coils for each cylinder, platinum spark plugs, a larger oil pump and an adapted race car engine style oil induction system are just some of the additions that were made. These modifications allow the powerhouse to reach 100hp and 37lb-ft (50Nm) more torque than Chrysler’s Viper now on offer in Germany. An exhaust manifold not only provides a more efficient cleansing of the engine but is in line with the strict US emission standards.


The new higher performance two-disc clutch produced in Germany not only separates engine and transmission. It guarantees more comfort – that well known “jerking” at lower speeds occurring in former models is a thing of the past, giving the 2008 Viper an impressive level of stability for daily use (especially in city traffic). The power of the engine comes from a 6-gear Tremec T56 manual transmission mounted on the back axel. The patented Dana Hydra-Lok limited slip differential is speed-sensing and ensures that this superpower can effectively take to the streets as “slip free” as possible. Supported by its two 19 inch wheels with their 345/30 ZR 19 ultra high performance tires, the Viper rages from 0 to 62mph (100km/h) in 3.6 seconds and its enormous kick keeps on kicking up to 202mph or 325km/h.

The undercarriage has been overhauled at the factory in Auburn Hills. Years of experience from the tradition of race car driving influence its design. The 2008 Viper’s most significant features are: independent wheel suspension with double, aluminum, triangular transverse control arms both above and below on the front and rear axles, gas pressurized shock absorbers, coil springs and new anti-sway bars. With these new measures the often criticized nervous “swaying” of the rear is now a thing of the past.


Making sure that this power and driving performance remains in check requires no special formula, all it takes is a Brembo braking system with brake disks designed for tires the size of a compact car: 14 inches and if necessary the approximately 4.5m long dazzling snake can be equipped with anti-lock brakes. 2008 AC Schnitzer ACS3 Sport Cabriolet (BMW M3)




The sun shines, the wind's in your hair and the engine note in your ears: almost no other vehicle on the road evokes such untrammelled emotions as the BMW M3 Cabriolet. Especially when the road leads via AC Schnitzer in Aachen. The 309 kW / 420 HP V8 engine is (as yet) untouched, but in the end, extra sporting performance can be achieved in a different way, as suspension guru Manfred Wollgarten knows: "With our racing suspension set up on the North Loop, we've thoroughly mastered the physics of driving".

The car is an out-and-out eyecatcher from the outside: with its new front skirt and strictly rectangular segments of the chromed grille insert, the vehicle has a strong, muscular look. The sporting presence is further underlined by the carbon spoiler lip with optional aluminium braces. The power dome on the bonnet hints at the powerful 4.0 litre V8. It is flanked by two AC Schnitzer Bonnet Vents, which emit a greedy intake howl during driving. At the sides, the open-air sports car shows its muscles in the form of flexibly moulded side skirts which emphasise the wheelarches.

The latter are perfectly filled by the 20" Type V lightweight forged rims. Their slender spokes give a clear view of the 8-pot high performance braking system by AC Schnitzer which mercilessly reins in the thrust when required. A deceleration performance which the ACS3 rarely needs for cornering, where it behaves totally neutrally.

A carbon rear diffuser helps the vehicle hunker down to the asphalt. The perfect driving experience is rounded off by the acoustic qualities of the powerful vehicle, provided by the AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer with chromed tailpipes in "Racing“ design. The sonorous note of the cabrio is heard at its best in narrow road tunnels. If only the sun would shine a bit more often there!

And naturally AC Schnitzer maintains the motorsport atmosphere in the driver's workplace, with attractive and ergonomically designed aluminium elements for the gear knob and handbrake handle, pedals and i-Drive controller. Hamann Mini Cooper




For both, the MINI COOPER S and the MINI COOPER D, HAMANN offers powerful performance increase components by re-programming the serial Motronic. According to the ignition map optimisation, the Diesel-aggregate has 136 hp / 100 kW at 4,000 r.p.m. and a maximum torque of 300 Nm at 1,750 – 2,000 r.p.m. This equals an increase of 26 hp / 20 kW. The HAMANN technicians achieved an even larger performance boost with the petrol version. Instead of 175 hp / 128 kW, the COOPER S then has sappy 204 hp/ 150 kW at 5,500 r.p.m. and a torque of 300 Nm at 1,600 – 5,000 r.p.m. Accordingly also the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h improves by half a second. The maximum speed is approx. 5 km/h faster than with a serial motor. But there is another, significantly greater performance increase for the trendy buggy. This is reserved to the COOPER S and is called SPORTKIT CS 230. And the name says it all: After tuning the car with a modified serial Motronic, a new supercharged air cooler and by using a HAMANN sport muffler, the MINI offers 230 PS / 169 kW at 6,050 r.p.m. and 330 Nm torque at 3,860 r.p.m. The top speed spurts to 238 km/h. But the enormous agile response behaviour and the improved high-revving character of the optimised engine are even more important for everyday use.

The lifestyle design of the HAMANN aerodynamics kit also presents itself strikingly racy. The serial front skirt does not only profit from its optic enhancement, but at the same time, the lifting forces are reduced, leading to an increased stability mainly at high speeds. The entire HAMANN front skirt is an alternative. It produces output at the front axle and supplies the air cooler and the front breaks with even more fresh air. The HAMANN side sills give the MINI a more elongated and lowered look. A rear diffuser which was especially developed for COOPER S models extends the serial skirt downwards and turns the two end pipes of the HAMANN sport exhaust system skilfully into focus.

The HAMANN rim programme takes the individual wishes of the MINI clientele into account. No matter if the customer seeks a strikingly sportive or noble and elegant version - HAMANN offers a variety of wheel designs in many sizes. One of the technical highlights is the one-piece 18-inch wheel HM EVO. The modern style is emphasised with a black-lacquered finish, a diamond grinded rim star and the discreet indent.

Five elongated and vaulted triple spokes prove optical and technical finesse. The recommended wheel-tyre combination is 7.5Jx18 inches for the front and back axle with tyres measuring 225/35ZR18. HAMANN uses high performance wheels type S1 EVO of its technology partner HANKOOK.

AC Schnitzer X5 Falcon







The falcon has always been a born fighter, the bird of warriors and a status symbol of the mighty and powerful. The peregrine falcon, with a dive speed of more than 200 km/h, is the fastest bird in the world. With its broad "wings", the new Falcon by AC Schnitzer also presents a majestic aura. The new widening kit for the front and rear wings perfectly harmonises with the existing accessory range from the Aachen-based tuner. Especially in combination with the front skirt element with its spoiler corners and indicated drive-under protection, at first sight it gives the SUV the supremely confident aura of the fighter. The image of the "bird of prey" has been further emphasised by Designer Michele Viandante by the two triangular metal-rimmed air intakes in the bonnet.

And faced with the imposing rear end, who would dare to get too close to the Falcon? With its strong contours, the AC Schnitzer spoiler skirt has a muscular, masculine appearance. The designer has achieved a particular eyecatcher in the sports rear silencer, with its chromed tailpipes in "Racing“ design emphatically projecting from the rear. With subtle lowering thanks to the new suspension kit, AC Schnitzer has given the "Falcon" impressive manoeuvrability of a level which is scarcely believable from such a mighty vehicle. Just like its natural namesake, famous for being able to change its direction in flight in a flash. So it's no surprise that the elegant falcon has virtually no natural predators.

MTM Audi RS6 R





The new Audi RS6 innately impresses discerning customers thanks to its high-powered twin turbo V10 engine with 5.0 l displacement. Only a short while after the car’s market launch, MTM, the Audi specialist from Wettstetten near Ingolstadt, Germany, already has performance kits in its program, which boost the performance of this super-fast station wagon.

For instance, the MTM engineers boost the engine power electronically to 656 bhp at 6,180 rpm. If need be, the MTM-RS6 R will run upon request (MTM regulates the increments electronically) at speeds of either 279, 290 or 310 km/h. The outstanding torque of now 785 Nm (production version 650 Nm) allows it to accelerate like lightning from zero to 100 km/h in an impressive 3.9 seconds. Price: € 3999.

An advanced version of the MTM performance kit is in preparation, which, with a massive 702 bhp, even outshines the performance data of most super sports cars. This additional boost in performance is made possible thanks to a stainless steel exhaust system with throttle control downstream from the catalytic converter and a sports air filter. The 702 bhp kit (plus MTM guarantee) is available for € 9950.

This super-fast behemoth is stopped with the aid of the six-piston braking system MTM fits at the front that features grooved (=not perforated all the way through) brake disks in the dimension 405x36 mm and monoblock brake calipers.

‘Reserved appearance obliges’: hence, the only embellishments MTM makes to the sporty design of the RS6 is to add a discreet carbon-fiber front spoiler lip and a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, which serve to accentuate the elegant styling of the Audi RS6.

The exclusive sports suite from MTM for the Audi RS6 is rounded off by the large 21" MTM bimoto wheel rims in 10.5 x 21", which are available in the finishes "shiny" or "diamond-cut", and which MTM also offers in conjunction with size 285/30ZR21 tires. As an alternative, MTM offers its bimoto wheel rim also as the new, forged 20 inch version. Fitting forged alloy wheels, which are lighter in weight compared with cast alloy wheels, enhances both the agility and braking performance of this powerful station wagon.
